Director- Clinical Programs - (GP12504)

JOB SUMMARY: Hathaway-Sycamores Child & Family Services provides a spectrum of mental health services through various programs for populations of all acuities. Although it serves a variety of consumers, the agency focuses primarily on providing care to low-income, high at- risk youth.
This is a management level position responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating program, human and financial resources associated with specific programs consistent with the overall philosophy and practices of the agency. This position will be involved in all areas of recruiting, hiring, and supervising employees, utilizing data, forecasting, and planning and organizing program structures and processes to assure efficient operations and sound outcomes, and developing, monitoring and evaluating revenue and expenses to assure effective operations. This position will be called on to work collaboratively with other Managers as well as with Executive level staff.
Master?s or Doctoral degree in related field; LCSW or LMFT or licensed psychologist.
2-years post-licensed, registered with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences and able to provide clinical supervision per BBSE guidelines.
Two years of supervisory experience, some managerial experience.
Maintains all required licenses and certifications.
Valid California Driver License and a driving record acceptable to the Agency?s insurance carrier.
This role will serve on LPS rotation as assigned and will be required to attend DMH LPS Certification training. Must be able to successfully pass certification exam within 6 months of employment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
