What You'll Do:
Coordinates resident move-ins to include taking Resident pictures, providing nametags, key fobs, and welcome amenities.
Working in conjunction with the Director of Environmental Services, Director of Resident services and the Sales and Marketing Director.
Arranges reservations for the residents, hotel accommodations for guests, flight booking research/suggestion, dining reservations for local restaurants Community information, directory of neighborhood services & maps, special events, festivals, venues, museums, farmers Markets, etc Oversees dry cleaning pick-up and delivery.
Arranges for business services such as Copies, faxes, Postage & Stamps, Federal Express, USPS pick-up, and other courier services Sorts and distributes all residential in house mail, forms & documents to cubbies, ensures the mailroom postings are orderly, in good condition and appropriate.
Assists the receptionists by covering the front desk, including operations of the front desk.
Education and/or
Experience:
One year of college or business school training, or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
