Must have some flexibility on hours to help cover vacations and misc.
project needs.
Perform necessary job duties around the property including but not limited to what is listed below.
Daily functions:
Participates in all types of Maintenance/Cleaning/Gardening projects and assignments.
Assists in minor painting projects.
Assists in maintaining tennis court areas, washing down, sanitizing etc.
Maintain pool area to make sure area is clean & free of safety violations.
Assist in moving equipment and furniture.
Assist in cleaning carpets and hardwood floors.
Preferred
Experience:
A background in one more of the following Maintenance, Groundskeeping or Janitorial.
Must have the ability to work independently.
