SVP/Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The SVP/COO will assume, but not be limited to, the following
Responsibilities:
Dire cts and monitors Branch Network, Contact C enter and Branch operations, through subordinate managers, to ensure they meet and exceed organizational goals and objectives.
Implements a service and sales culture throughout the credit union to promote membership growth, product penetration and member delight.
Participates in establishment of annual operating Plan and monitor performance to Plan throughout the year.
Dev elops, proposes, gains acceptance for and implement deposit & loan program strategy and policy; leads activity related to new product development with respect to deposit programs and ancillary products.
Pro motes member service, advice & advocacy and community involvement, as well as engaging and developing the member-facing team.
Att end board meetings and report on assigned areas of responsibility as requested by the President/CEO.
Ensu re that the credit union is in compliance with the federal laws and regulations set forth by the regulatory agencies.
The successful candidate will possess the following education, knowledge and skillsets:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required Ten plus years' experience in the administration of financial institution operations, branch management and lending Excellent critical thinking skills Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Interpersonal Skills:
The ability to motivate or influence others is a material part of the job, requiring a significant level of diplomacy and trust.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
