Duties of a personal attendant include but not limited to the following:
Must be willing to deal and work with individuals with intense and challenging behaviors Supervising Scheduling of Medical Appointments Assisting with Meal Preparation Money Management Shopping for groceries or other personal Items Feeding Dressing a child or person who needs assistance due to advanced age, physical disability, or mental deficiency.
Monitors services and individuals' progress in relation to establishing goals and objectives per individuals plans.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general regulations.
Able to speak English and any language based on individual needs.
Ability to use independent judgment during services and emergencies.
